Boleyn Properties Ltd was first established in 2004 and is the trading company for Cliff Nixon. Cliff has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry as an Engineer dealing with most aspects of the discipline, including land appraisals, engineering design and of course our core business of getting sites adopted and reducing fees.
We pride ourselves on our communication and personal skills and have built up a great reputation in the industry over the years with clients, contractors and authorities alike. We are very happy to put you in touch with people we have previously worked with should you wish to know more.
We now have a great base of regular clients who either allow us to work as if we were directly employed for them, or on a site by site basis carrying out adoption work site supervision, open space adoption and designing pumping stations.
Our office is based in Daventry in Northamptonshire which puts us in a great central location to serve the Midlands and beyond.
